Most roof windows sit within permitted development, but there are limits on how far they project and rear/front placement. We’ll advise for your property.
Can you replace my old, misted Velux?
Yes — we swap tired or leaking units for modern efficient ones and re-dress the flashing so it’s weathertight.
Will it leak?
Not when it’s fitted by roofers with the correct flashing kit. Bad flashing is exactly why DIY or non-roofer skylights leak.
