The Process?

Step 1: The Expert Survey

one of our engineers will visit your home to assess the structural integrity of your current conservatory. We take exact measurements and discuss your choice of tiles and internal lighting.

Step 2: Safe Removal & Recycling

Our team carefully removes your old, inefficient polycarbonate or glass roof. We handle all the heavy lifting and ensure the old materials are disposed of responsibly.

Step 3: Weatherproof Installation

We install the new lightweight frame and high-grade insulation. We aim to have the structure “watertight” as quickly as possible—usually within the very first day—to protect your home from the British weather.

Step 4: Tiling & Professional Leadwork

This is where our roofing heritage shines. We lay your chosen tiles and execute precision leadwork at the joins. As expert roofers, we ensure the seal between your house and the new roof is 100% leak-proof.

Step 5: Internal Finishing & Handover

Once the exterior is complete, our internal team installs the plasterboard, optional LED spotlights, and completes the skim coat. We’ll leave the room vacuumed and ready for you to move the furniture back in!
