One of the best things about replacing a conservatory roof is how quick it is compared with a full extension. Here is what to expect.

Typical timescales

Most conservatory roof replacements take between one and three days. A small lean-to can often be done in a day; a larger Victorian or gable-end conservatory, or one with an internal plastered ceiling and spotlights, may take three or four.

What happens

After the free survey, the job usually runs: remove the old glass or polycarbonate roof, fit the new insulated lightweight structure, add the external tiles and internal insulation, then finish the ceiling (plastered or clad) and any roof windows or lighting.

Minimal disruption

The work is all done from the conservatory roof, so the rest of your home carries on as normal. We keep things tidy, protect your furnishings, and clear up properly when we are finished.
